Reset iBaby Labs Account Password:
- the upper right hand of the menu, click the menu option “Sign in”
- Tap on “Lost Your Password?”
- Enter the email address you used to create your iBaby Labs Account
Reset iBaby Care App Account Password:
- Open the iBaby Care App
- Tap on “Forgot Password”
- Enter the email address you used to create your iBaby Care App Account.
*Note, the iBaby Labs Account and iBaby Care App account are two separate entities. The iBaby Labs account is solely used to place and check on orders. The iBaby Care App account is what you utilize to use your iBaby Monitor.

Yes, we offer a 1 -year warranty from the date of purchase.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of your iBaby monitor, iBaby products that malfunction due to defective parts or workmanship at no charge to you. The warranty is not transferrable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser. iBaby monitors make any repair or replacement with new or refurbished product or components. If the product or component requiring repair or replacement is no longer available, iBaby may, replace such product with a similar product of similar function.
